Beeldenfabriek Platform is a workspace for visual content, project administration, tasks, files, interactive applications, publishing, and analytics. This policy applies to the Platform website, authenticated workspace, public shares, and related services operated at platform.beeldenfabriek.nl.

• Account and contact information, including names, email addresses, telephone numbers, organisation details, roles, and authentication records.
• Project and collaboration information, including tasks, assignments, customer records, comments, files, media, and app configurations.
• Technical and activity information, including IP address, browser and device information, security events, page activity, and public-share usage.
• Service communications and support requests.
• Google Ads and Google Analytics information described below.

The Platform uses Google APIs only for accounts and properties that De Beeldenfabriek is authorized to manage. It uses a secured service identity and does not ask Platform users to provide their personal Google account password.

Data accessed. The Google Ads integration reads account and campaign identifiers, campaigns, ad groups, ad-network and device performance, keywords, search terms, landing pages, spend, clicks, impressions, conversions, bidding information, negative keywords, and Keyword Planner historical estimates. The Google Analytics integration reads aggregate website and campaign performance and connection status.

How it is used. This information is used to provide internal reporting, campaign review, and keyword-planning features to authenticated users authorized by De Beeldenfabriek. It is not sold, used to build advertising profiles for third parties, or used to train general-purpose artificial intelligence models.

Storage and retention. Reporting responses are cached temporarily in application memory to improve performance. Standard analytics summaries are normally cached for approximately five minutes and Keyword Planner estimates for up to twelve hours. These caches expire automatically and are not added to user profiles.

Disclosure. Google API data is not disclosed to third parties except infrastructure processors acting for De Beeldenfabriek, where required to operate the requested feature, or where legally required. Access credentials are kept separately from application content and are restricted to the service.

Beeldenfabriek Platform's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

To ask us to disconnect an authorized Google service or clear associated cached API data, email info@beeldenfabriek.nl.

We process data to provide and secure accounts, deliver contracted project and media services, enable collaboration and sharing, operate analytics, respond to support requests, improve reliability, and meet legal obligations.

Depending on the context, processing is based on performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the Platform, consent where required, or compliance with a legal obligation.

We share information only where necessary to provide the service, follow your sharing instructions, comply with law, or protect the Platform. Infrastructure and specialist processors may host data or provide storage, email, monitoring, analytics, and security services under appropriate contractual safeguards.

Public links are accessible to anyone who receives the link. Users should not publish confidential or personal information through a public link unless they are authorized to do so.

We retain information only for as long as needed for the purposes described here, the applicable customer agreement, project archiving, security, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Retention can vary by data type and customer instruction.

We use access controls, authenticated sessions, encryption in transit, restricted service credentials, backups, and operational monitoring. No internet service is completely risk-free, but we review and improve these measures as the Platform evolves.

The Platform uses essential storage and cookies for authentication, security, and interface preferences. It may also use analytics technologies to understand service performance and usage. Where consent is legally required, non-essential technologies are used only after that consent is obtained.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of personal data. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

Send requests to info@beeldenfabriek.nl. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority or your local supervisory authority.

We may update this policy when the Platform or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current version.
